Have you ever heard "You Are What You Eat"? That's true. Since I was young, my mother told me " If you want to be good health, you have to choose the best food to eat." So, I never forget my mom's quote.
Healthy food is very easy to do by yourself. Today, I have a simple dessert healthy to show you.

I call "Soy milk pudding".
What are the ingredients?
  • 350 ml of no sugar soy milk.
  • 3 table spoons of pure honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tea spoon of salt 
Step to cook....
First, pour 350 ml of no sugar soy milk, 3 table spoons of pure honey, 1 egg, 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract, 1 tea spoon of salt  in a cup. Then, stir it well. Next, steam it about 15-20 minutes. Finally, decorate with fruits and it's ready to be serve.
